Last fall we needed an emergency roof repair & they came out right away. We called them in the spring for a full roof replacement & they gave us a quick and fair estimate. The day the job was scheduled they arrived on time, did quality work and performed a thorough cleanup afterwards. When the contractor arrived to give the quote, he brought samples, explained why he gave that particular quote and was very helpful to understand each step of the process of replacing out roof. All of the work was done in a period of 14 hours, and even when a few items were broken in the process of replacing the roof, Prescott & Sons were very responsive and spoke to us about how to be reimbursed.
